Got a flat on my way home from work on memorial weekend. I had called probably 6 or 7 places trying to get someone to replace the tire as i was stranded at a gas station with essentially no one to call for help. Seeing as how i just moved here a couple months ago from Idaho i had no friends to call and my relatives were out of reach. Well i got in touch with Shannon at fast lane tires and she seemed eager to help. It was 5:40 p.m. (they close at 6) and this woman decided to take time OUT OF HER OWN DAY and go completely out of her way to help. She showed up fast, picked the tire up, drove back to fast lane, replaced the tire, and brought it back to me for an incredibly reasonable price. I honestly could not believe my luck and was extremely satisfied with this "above and beyond" customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tires and will be pleased to bring my business here in the future. THANK YOU SHANNON! You got me out of a jam and i cannot possibly overstate my appreciation at this point. My only regret is i have been having difficulty leaving this review on google with my phone.
